iVision Forum's staff has laid out the below policies, rules and general guidelines that all members are required to follow in order to ensure a friendly environment for everyone. iVision as well as the parent company iPBFree requires that while using our services, your forum must adhere to iPBFree's terms of service, found here. Any forum found to not adhere to iPBFree's ToS will be deleted, and iVision' services revoked. By breaking, violating and/or abusing any or all of the following rules, you hereby understand that you will be punished accordingly. This can include, but is not limited to, the following: signature removal, posting rights removed, posts previewed by a staff member, avatar removed, demotion in group status, short/long term suspension or a ban. In the result of a ban, your I.P. address will be reported to your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and federal authorities. All punishments are at the sole and ultimate discretion of iVisions' administration. All content submitted to and depicted on iVision.com becomes and is ultimately the property of iVision and the parent company iPBFree. All content submitted to and depicted on iVision.com is copyrighted under United States federal law. No content is to ever be modified or copied. No content nor services provided on iVision.com are to be used for any purpose besides on services provided by iPBFree.com. Violating any of the previously mentioned policies is a prohibited by United States federal law. iVision and the parent company iPBFree will follow up with all violations through legal procedures, and will pursue the highest punishment allowed by federal law. To report a violation, please email ivision_brandon@hotmail.com with all applicable information. Global Forum Regulations These rules apply to all of the forums throughout iVision. We ask that you please respect them and observe them at all times when visiting. We ask that when you see a post that breaks our guidelines, you use the  function.-Do not contact anyone regarding services except where explicitly designated on the forums. -Never request passwords or other private information, even under the pretense of assisting a member with iVision' services. This permission is only granted to designated iVision' staff members, and is only used if the information is given by the website's owner. -Intentionally misusing any of iVision' functions will result in an immediate banning. -Members are encouraged to refrain from using vulgar language. Racist comments and discrimination will result in an immediate suspension, pending a ban. -Any abuse against a staff member will result in an immediate suspension, pending a ban. This rule is by no means debatable. -Any spam or useless posts, not contributing to the topic, will be removed by a staff member. -Any impersonation or falsification of anything on iVision.com is prohibited. -Excessive consecutive posting is generally discouraged. -All visitors, users and staff at iVision must be respectful to each other. -As always, treat everyone as you yourself would like to be treated. However, this means that the Skins listed here cannot be distributed elsewhere without express and explicit written permission from iVision. 2) Effective April 14, 2005: This policy states that the skin and all original work associated with iVision Forum is copyrighted and cannot be used without express and explicit written permission from iVision.
